How To Make Instant Frutti Chocolate Biscuit Cake Nikita H February 1, 2015 Food, Lifestyle 3860 This time too I forgot my bestie’s birthday and I knew she is ready for bombardment. “It’s been a ritual for you to forget my birthday every year, Isn’t it? ” she yelled and hung up the phone. To save myself I needed to make something easy, quick yet yummy enough to tickle her taste buds. And I decided to make this instant and irresistible Frutti Chocolate Biscuit Cake. If you are one of me who even though recalls last minute and always runs out of time, do things to bring smile on your dear one’s face than this one is especially for you. Ingredients Marie biscuit (Orange flavor) – 200 gm Walnuts – ¼ cup Grated dark chocolate – 200 gm Fresh cream – 100 gm Vanilla essence – 1 tsp Strawberry – 4-5 pieces Kiwi – 3-4 slices Milk – If desired Instructions 1. Take a bowl and crush Marie biscuits (orange flavor) into small pieces in the bowl. Mix crushed walnuts and vanilla essence into it. 2. Melt grated chocolate in double boiler by stirring it constantly and then add fresh cream into it at low flame. Keep stirring it so as to prevent it from forming lumps and remove after chocolate had blended properly with cream. [You can also melt the mixture of grated chocolate and fresh cream in microwave. First melt chocolate and then add fresh cream.] 3. Now pour more than half of the chocolate cream in the bowl and mix well. Add little milk if needed. 4. Take a cake loaf tin and cover it with aluminum foil with extra seam so as to cover the top at the end. Add the prepared mixture and press it. Cover the top with remaining foil. Keep it in deep freeze for 10 minutes. 5. Remove aluminum foil from the set biscuit cake from the tin. Spread the remaining chocolate cream over the cake and refrigerate it for 5-10 minutes to set. 6. For presenting cut it down into square pieces and top it with strawberry and kiwi slice or any of your favorite fruit. In Half an hour I was ready to surprise my bestie and she just loved savoring it.
