It is a simple dish that is easy to make in no time with very less ingredients required. You can have Rosti in breakfast or as a starter or when you have hunger pangs and you want to eat something which is good enough to satisfy your taste buds. Ingredients Potatoes par-boiled and grated – 2 Cups Olive Oil – 2 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped – 2tsp Onions finely chopped – 1/2 Cup Black Pepper Corn Powder – pinch Salt to taste Method Mix the grated Potatoes, Green Chillies, Salt and Black Pepper powder in a bowl. Heat olive Oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and saute on a medium flame till a little brown. Now add the potato mixture, mix well and spread it evenly with help of a back of a spoon.
