Just follow these simple steps everyday and get clear skin. 1. Drink water source Drinking adequate amount of water daily will lead to improvement in your skin. It is because water moisturizes your skin and flushes out the toxins that help clear skin from within. Make a habit to drink water or lemon water empty stomach for better results. 2. Exercise source Exercising can help get you clear and vibrant skin. It will precipitate the toxins out from the body through your skin. So, make exercise part of your daily routine.
