Coconut oil and Camphor (Kapur) The blend of coconut oil and Kapur is very effective in treating dandruff. Take an empty 100 ml bottle and fill it with coconut oil. Add about 6-7 pieces of Kapur from the stack or you can add raw camphor. Let the Kapur dissolve in the oil. It will take about half an hour. Now use this mixture to massage your scalp. You can keep it overnight or if not possible keep it for an hour before washing your hairs off with shampoo. It will moisturise as well as clean your scalp. 2. Soap nuts (Ritha) The best use of Ritha one can think of is for hairs whether it be for hairfall, dandruff, lices or long shiny hair. Take 1 cup peels of Ritha and soak it overnight in water or take it in accordance with the length of your hair. Next day, boil it and filter the mixture .Use it just like shampoo. Coconut oil and Lemon juice Mix of coconut oil and lemon juice is excellent for curing dandruff. Take ½ cup coconut oil and squeeze half lemon in it. Apply this mix on your scalp with finger tips and massage for about 10-15 minutes. Keep it for 1 hr and then wash off your hair with shampoo. It will clear your scalp removing the deposited white powder also bringing shine to your hair. 4. Yogurt and Black pepper powder Yogurt has properties that helps vanishing dandruff, adding black pepper fastens the process. Add 1 tbsp black pepper powder in 1 cup Yogurt. Blend it well and apply on your scalp and hair properly. Keep it for 15-20 minutes or more rinse it off then. Use whenever you shampoo your hair. It also conditions you hair. 5. Azadirachta indica leaves (Neem leaves) Neem leaves are very well known for its medicinal purposes. Boil 25-30 Neem leaves in water. Let the Neem water cool then strain the water. Use this water to rinse your hair after shampooing so that the effect lasts longer. Wash your hair every day with this water.
